We’ve bagan work on “Self-Less.” It’s one of my favorite stories in Berona’s War: Fight for Amity. Its a bit different than the other stories we’ve done so far because it’s more words than pictures. This is more of a Reader’s Digest type of story, where there is more story than pictures. I guess this is one of the reasons I like it…the story gets a good chance to develope is a small space. Cooper did a really good job with this story and I think you will enjoy it. I’ve got a lot of slack for this one becasue it’s not plastered with comic panels but I think people dont give the comic fans enough credit…they dont just read comics but rather read REAL books….real, live, thick books! Anyway guys this one is for you.
The first picture is a clip of the first illistration to the story, I had a little puzzle fun with it. This is the most Cropones I drew in one panel before. the whole panel has about 12 different Cropone soldiers.
the second picture is an early version of Self and Dex. Its a simple picture but I enjoyed doing it. For a little more on Self-Less you can check out the new Website add-on “Cabbalu’s Corner.” Anyway…enjoy!
