We sold out of our Cabbalu Vol 1 books and have decided that we are indeed going to print a small run of Cabbalu hardback books for future cons. We had several die-hard fans that continued to return to our table and show some love so I want to give a special thanks to you guys! Its those of you who really dig what we do that make it worth doing!
This was a small con but we traveled in a big group. Besides Anthony and myself, we also had Wade Acuff and Shane Henderson to our right and Brian Thompson and Wes Boddies right behind. It made for a REALLY fun time.
After we worked the table we all went out for some Steak and Margaritas (as tradition has it) and continued to have fun! I have to bring up our favorite pass time…Zombie Dice! If you dont have it, get it! you can pick it up at a Barns & Noble for about $12. We got a game awhile back and have played the crap out of it. I have to admit that there is nothing to it but if playing with the right group of friends, its a blast!
We do a little more then just play to pass the time…we gamble! That’s right, I said it, “We gamble!” before each game we put something on the table that will be given to the other player if he wins. Something very valuable like a half used eraser or semi-used blue pencil. Yup, the stakes get pretty high! I cant say too much because I think out of the 10 games Ive played…I won 2. Oh well, it’s still a blast!
