There is no way we can put a card in every individual pack, that would just be unrealistic, BUT we are thinking of putting them in each of the “deluxe” packs. All a deluxe pack will be is a Series 1 and Series 2 box in one purchase. However this might also be a bit tricky. So far we have only received orders for both series at once. After all who wants just one? Which means we will be running out of the cards quicker than we can draw them.
So until we figure out exactly how we are going to handle these cards, we will continue to scratch our heads over the issue. I do know that at Emerald City (next month) we will indeed be placing 1 card in each of the deluxe packs and it will just be first come first serve.
We are planning on having at least 40 sketch cards by the convention. Most of them will be blue/red pencil sketches with a clean-up ink line. Few cards will be colored. Some colored with Marker, some with colored pencil and few with watercolor. So there will be no telling which card you get.
I enjoyed some of the cards so much that you shouldn’t be surprised to see them being used in future series. We’ll just scan them in, clean them up, slap some photoshop on them and BAM!…Series 3!
Dont be surprised if Anthony posts a few of his cards on Thursday. I have seen a few of them and they look great. His, of coarse, will be all the Ele-Alta characters.
