I’ve been working on a few random projects now that we have finished Fight for Amity. One of them is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now. It’s a paper craft Ele-Alta. I’ve seen these types of things every now and then around the web. It’s a cool little project and activity. With just a few pieces of paper and some time and effort you can end up with a pretty cool little piece to display on your desk or bookshelves. It’s not completely finished yet. I still have a few tweaks I need to do to the design and then I have to draw the character on to the design. Here is part of the design so you can see where it’s going. Once i finish it all up I’ll upload it to the media section so you can download it and build it also if you like.

     Another idea I’ve been working on is another AmityINK poster. When I was down in Mississippi the other weekend and we were celebrating the finishing of book two somehow we had this joke starting between Jesse and I. However it came up, we were calling ourselves the lightning and the thunder, Me being the lightning and Jesse being the thunder. So all weekend we were joking around doing the who lightning and thunder bit and we would always end it with “there’s a storm a comin!”. I decided to rough out an idea for a poster where Jesse and I were in our lightning and thunder costumes. I’m excited to finish this one up. It’s just a funny little inside gag between the two of us.
