• Please read all policies and fields carefully and be sure to accurately enter your information when booking. Intentional false/incomplete bookings may result in being banned from scheduling at Amity.
  

• Consultation availability for tattoos/brows do NOT reflect the availability of the actual tattoo/brow procedure appointment - it will be scheduled directly with your artist during your consultation at the earliest mutual convenience.
  

• Make sure you have all the appropriate documentation ready prior to your appointment. You may be charged a cancellation fee if you do not bring physical documents with you! This is especially true for minor clients, whereas more documents are required.
