I know, I know - scheduling phone calls are archaic and obnoxious. 🙄 But, the major reason I like to schedule appointments via phone is so that we aren’t playing tag back and forth via text or e-mail. It’s difficult to throw out some dates/times, wait for responses back and forth, and then potentially run into scheduling conflicts. It’s much more efficient if both of us chat with each of our calendars in front of us and secure date(s) while we’re connected. Plus, it gives us a brief opportunity to clarify any aspects of the tattoo that may not be apparent from your form submission.
HOW IT WORKS:
I’ve lined up availability through the remainder of July to schedule your aforementioned phone call. Find a spot that works for you using the scheduling form below, and book our call. There’s no charge or cancellation fee if you’re unable to make your phone appointment, just grab a new slot if you need to connect with me!
Phone calls are usually between 5-10 minutes, but I schedule in 30 minute windows. This gives me a little buffer if a previous call runs a little long. For example, if you schedule your call from 6:00-6:30P, make sure you’re available during that entire window, even if I call you at, say, 6:22P.
Again, be sure to have your calendar ready for at least three months out, to the best of your knowledge. If clients need to rearrange tattoo appointments, it can sometimes cause delays when I can get you rescheduled.
SO THIS PHONE CALL IS TO SET UP MY ACTUAL TATTOO APPOINTMENT?
Yep! In some cases, I will recommend a “Tattoo Drafting Session” if the tattoo project is complex, needs a tracing of the body placement, or requires a lengthier discussion about the tattoo. It’s a great way to make sure we are BOTH on the same page regarding your design, gives you a “peek behind the curtain” of my design process, and it’s the best way to get the most accurate estimate of hours/cost, especially with multi-session pieces. In the end, it’s my goal to put your mind at ease each step of the way so that you’re satisfied with the tattoo and you’re able to trust my process!
