Elena typically requires consultation appointments prior to booking tattoo sessions. You can schedule a consultation using the form below. This is a great opportunity to meet with her face-to-face, discuss the aspects of your design idea, and get an estimate for the tattoo. If you feel that your tattoo is simple enough to not need a consultation (for example: a simply outline or word) you can e-mail Elena and she may schedule your tattoo directly, pending approval/availability.

• Please read all policies and fields carefully and be sure to accurately enter your information when booking. Intentional false/incomplete bookings may result in being banned from scheduling at Amity.

• Consultation availability does NOT reflect the availability of the actual tattoo appointment - it will be scheduled directly with your artist during your consultation at the earliest mutual convenience.

• Make sure you have all the appropriate documentation ready prior to your appointment. You may be charged a cancellation fee if you do not bring physical documents with you! This is especially true for minor clients, whereas more documents are required.
